KHS Secretariat General hosts course on serving visitors

In an effort to improve the personal capabilities of the Holy Shrine's servants, under the guidance of the KHS Secretary-General Dr. Haider H. Al-Shammari, a course on serving visitors was organized by the KHS Public Relations Department / Training and Rehabilitation Unit in cooperation with the Warith Academy for Human Development and Specialized Studies affiliated with Imam Hussain Holy Shrine.
The course program which was presented by Mr. Ali Al-Hashimi, a lecturer, covered a variety of topics, including: The concept of service and its general rules, basics of dealing with visitors in different situations, service quality and its impact on visitors, in addition to a series of exercises that simulate the real situation through direct contact with visitors.
