On Sunday morning, the 10th of Thil-Hijjah, 1443 AH, 10 July 2022, the Kadhimain Holy Courtyard witnessed practicing the rituals of Eid Al-Adha prayer. In a spiritual scene, thousands of visitors aligned for performing the Eid prayer.
The Adha prayer was conducted by His Excellency Sheikh Husain Aal Yaseen, the representative of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Sistani in the Holy city of Kadhimiya.
The Eid sermon stressed the need of returning to God, repent to Him, obey His commands, and strive to follow the morals and approach of the Holy Prophet Muhammad and his immaculate family.
Sheikh Aal Yasin also emphasized on adhering to the instructions of the religious supreme authority, represented by Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Al-Sistani that called for unity of Iraqi people, commitment to the Islamic values, taking care of our families and educating them to be good citizens in our society, and continuous support for martyrs' families.
The praying multitudes prayed for the hastening of the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (ATF), protect and prolong the life of our Marj’iyah, and security and peace for Iraq and all Muslim countries.
Meanwhile, the KHS Secretariat General has mobilized all its departments, sections, and units to provide the best services to the masses of visitors who are coming to Ziyarta of Imamain Kadhimain (AS) during Eid Al-Adha days.
