The engineering staff of the Kadhimain Holy Shrine completed the installation of the steel structures for the domes and pillars for the roofing project for both sides of Jawadain Mosque, as part of the second phase of the complementary finishing.
On the progress of the project, Eng. Ban Abdulameer said: “the steel structure was manufactured for the roofing project with a laser cutting CNC; 9 domes for the eastern side and 6 domes for the western side, each 10 meters in diameter. The secondary structure for the pillars was also installed”.
“Finishing this phase” she continued, “a high quality plaster will be used with these steel structures, applying a modern technique, to be used for applying the finishing including the tiles, mirrors, marble, etc.”
It is worth mentioning that this project will provide more space to accommodate more visitors of Imamain Kadhimain (AS) and will include various services systems.
